Freaking out about change in one breast

I have breastfed both of my children, am still feeding my ten month old several times a day and night. About two months ago or thereabouts I noticed my left breast looks saggy all the time but the right one never does, despite baby feeding equally from both sides. I didn't think much of it till I googled and have started panicking and spiralling thinking about leaving my boys (in a single mum). Can't feel any lumps at all.

I have filled in a form on my GP surgery's website for an appointment, but in the meantime can anyone offer any reassurance please? My anxiety is through the roof. For info I'm 33. Thank you.

It's quite normal for one breast to be bigger or a slightly different shape to the other. When I stand straight on to a mirror, one of my breasts noticeably hangs lower. But you're going the right thing getting it checked because that's the way to put your mind at ease.
