How long do you think these Verucca will take to treat and does it look as though it’s working ? Iv tried on and off for the last couple of years with bazuka and no luck. I got salactol from the chemist that’s stronger and I’m just over a week in. I apply upto twice a day let it dry cover with med tape and then bandage the foot to keep in place. Before treatment I wasn’t in pain with them but I now am. I have 4 on each foot 😭

It looks like you are putting a bit much on and going over the verruca and onto healthy skin. That could be why it’s hurting.

Could be weeks could be years that how it is with verrucas. The only way I have even got rid of them is rubbing them with a pumice stone to within an inch of their life then poking about with a sterilised pin until they bleed a bit. Apparently works by alerting your immune system to the presence of the verrucas. But I am not any sort of medical professional.

I got some Wartie for my daughter and it worked brilliantly. I agree you only need a tiny amount to make a difference, avoid the healthy skin.

Try nail varnish. I had a cluster on my foot for about 15 years. I had tried everything. Couple of weeks with nail varnish on every night....... Gone 😮

It doesn't hurt or damage your skin either.

Il keep going with it and put less on hopefully that will help 🤞🏻 thank you.

So my son had 2 verrucas
I used sandpaper to rub it right down to the root
soaked a piece of cotton wool in apple cider vinegar and used duct tape to hold it . He only did this for 4 nights and it literally vanished
my Nan had passed this info and I now see it spoke about if u Google it too
it really does work and just do it as you go to bed 👍 good luck

How do these look now ? Iv stopped with the acid and covering them and got a home freezing kits and done it 2 nights ago. Do they look to be going ? Or gone yet?

They are looking a bit better but keep treating it it with flare up again.
I'm sandpapering mine because bazucca just burns the healthy skin and my foot is killing 😩😩😩.
I've even been to the podiatrist and it keeps coming back!

I had a terrible one for years. Also tried nail polish on it and it cleared it up! A really dark colour. Was amazed.

bunhead1979 · 04/05/2023 22:03

Mine took seven years! I tried everything; banana peel, electrical tape, various acids, actual gouging, sanding, freezing. Nothing worked - was a massive cluster on the sole of my heel. One day i woke up, long after i’d given up trying, and it was gone, leaving a perfectly smooth crater. It was FASCINATING!
