Help reading urine test strip

I'm at a loss, I don't know what readings actually mean or what they should be.

Can anyone help?

I did a test in March as I had discomfort in my bladder/pelvic area. Urine was very dark so I drank plenty etc. Today same discomfort so I tested again and the results look different but I don't know what they mean.

"Normal" readings are the very left hand column on the chart. Anything that doesn't look like them is abnormal. Hold the strip against the chart and move it along until the colour on the strip matches the colour on the chart and that tells you what you have.
Looks like your most recent test is showing raised protein.

Little bit of protein, very concentrated urine.
