So recently I've felt really really weak. Along with extreme tiredness and achy body! I'm obviously going to get into the doctors next week but I was wondering if anyone has ever had the same and what was the outcome? I have an under active thyroid to (I'm 30) The past 3 nights I've woke a few times to gulp a glass of water! I was in work this week and I had a rush of extreme weakness all over my body to the point I had to sit down! Followed by achy hips and extreme tiredness?!

Awww OP, bless you. Are you on meds for underactive thyroid? Could it be that you've gone hyper? I'm hyper and your symptoms are similar to mine. My legs go like jelly and buckle from under me. Hang on in there until your blood test. A raging thirst could also be a sign of diabetes. Ask the nurse to check for this. I hope you get some answers and it can be sorted.

You could be so right about it turning to over active! Will book in for bloods asap! Thank you

Update - bloods came back fine, blood pressure a little low.
So what now? I carry on living like this 😞

Ask your GP to do an ECHO. Unrecognised heart issues can cause crushing tiredness. Did you wake up for water or because you felt like you couldn't catch your breath?
