I have grade 2-3 haemorrhoids which I've had for years. They cause me much pain and bleeding, made worse by my 2 pregnancies in that time. I've been back and forth to the doctors for years for the bleeding, only finally being referred to have them banded.
They bleed so much I'm now anaemic.
I'm "on the system" to have an appointment for them banded, but how long is a piece of string.
I'm considering private removal.
Has anyone had this done? Could anyone give me an idea of cost, or where you went? Thank you.
