DualCycloneCod · 17/02/2008 14:59

WendyWeber · 17/02/2008 14:59

I'd suggest he knows a bit more about it than you do, my dear even if he is at Berkeley

the science is interesting

but if you test it out on your own body then find it works for you then it is a no brainer

i didnt catch colds much at all because i had so little contact with people

in fact i was practically agrohphobic

but i started at colege full time in september and started getting them and i have successfully nipped all of them in th e bud after 24-48 hours max

and everyone else ie young lads have been ill for ages and the tutors..we have the same germs

Multibionta works for me.

Dh swears by a brand (the name of which escapes me atm ) which you are meant to take for 2-4 weeks only. Pretty expensive though (if I can find out the name I'll post it)

stuffitllama · 17/02/2008 16:45

zinc
mega dose vit c

look out for e numbers.. a lot of cheap vits are full of them

cod you're wrong to say any vits and minerals you take outside food are extra to requirements
