Supplements/diet changes to help not pick up coughs/colds?

Since having had Covid, I seem to be picking up every cough and cold going, and as a primary school teacher I’m getting a bit fed up with it as I’m constantly coughing etc What supplements does anyone use (I currently use own brand multivitamins) and also has anyone got any dietary tips to help? Im cutting alcohol out and trying to eat as healthily as possible and am thinking about making some smoothie shots to keep in the freezer, but just wondered if I anyone has any ideas that they wouldn’t mind sharing please. Thank you!

have a read up on Manuka honey..its kept things at bay for me .the higher the mGO you can afford the better x

I hope people have some good ideas OP, since I gave birth I think I have been ill more often and with more severity than the rest of my life combined! My immune system just seems to have given up x x
