So I have been given a pessary treatment for 6 months for vaginal thrush. My question is I have been given 500mg every night for 7 days and then once a week for 6 months. From my research it should be 150-200mg a night for 7 days not 500mg - I was prescribed medications that interacted last time so I am very cautious and a bit anxious! Just want to see if anyone else has had this treatment with this dose and if it is ok or if I should go back to doctor querying this?
