H Pylori symptoms

Just wondering if the following sound like H Pylori? I did a test a week ago which was negative but had been on a ppi for a few days so am waiting 2 weeks for a retest.

Over the last 4 months loss of appetite and weight loss.
Over the last month rapidly worsening symptoms including:

Upper back pain (burn is on back between shoulder blades rather than front)
Lump in throat
Difficulty/ pain when swallowing
Zero appetite - have to force myself to eat now
Weight loss accelerating - 1.5kg a week at present
Reflux at night (foam in mouth) but no sore throat or heart burn
Nausea - worse in mornings
High anxiety, heart palpitations
Feeling weak, dizzy, blurry vision

To confuse matters symptoms worsened after I got a calcium tablet stuck in my throat 1 month ago but I am now wondering if that was a side effect rather than the cause.

I don't have any issues with my bowels or any stomach or abdominal pain? Is this possible with h pyori?

I have had this and had intense pain just under my ribs. This was my only symptom and it was cured with a massive dose of antibiotics.

I had H Pylori and my only symptom was pain in the stomach. Took a while for the doctors to figure it out. Huge pile of antibiotics cleared it out - made me feel worse while I was on them but did the trick. I think you have a lot of symptoms that might need some other testing. I hope you get sorted.

Mine was just severe burning stomach pain up the top where the ribs met the stomach.

Your symptoms sound like they're something else. I didn't have weight loss for example or any problems eating etc

I was on lansoprazole for a week or so when I did my test.. I didn't take the tablet the morning I did the sample.

My twat has come back positive is it just that it can cover a positive test if you have lansoprazole or can it give a false positive as I'm due to start antibiotics Tommorow 😐
