wondering if anyone can provide some reassurance. I was day 12 post tonsillectomy and my left side decided to suddenly bleed - a lot! I know that this is relatively common following adult tonsillectomy’s. I had another op to stop the bleeding but I’m convinced there’s something wrong. It doesn’t feel the same as the last time and I’m convinced I can taste blood. I’m not bringing any blood up but my goodness I’m terrified! There were 6 bowls used in hospital when I was constantly bringing blood up. ENT were happy with how it looked before I left but I’m still not reassured. I know this did an absolute number on me mentally but physically I know how I feel. Has anyone been in this situation and how did you feel and anything you did to help? Thank you
