Oh god almighty, I wonder if this could be an anal prolapse

I was constipated yesterday and I felt something weird while doing a poo. I didn't think anything of it. Then tonight I was putting a suppository into my bum and I felt something like a little bulb. I am far too afraid to feel any further.

I wonder what on earth could that be. Would that be an anal prolapse or maybe piles. I don't know.

Probably piles from straining if you are constipated.
Apparently you should “moo” whilst you poo because it relaxes your pelvic floor muscles and makes going easier. (Or something like that, can’t remember the actual explanation)

Thank you for your reply. I got a fright last night thinking it was a prolapse. Treating it at home but may go to the doctor.
