Ok so this a bit of a weird one.
I was bf my 17th month old, she is very strong and wriggly.
In the blink of an eye her finger was up my nostril and I felt a second of white hot pain like I've never experienced before and screamed
She happily got down and toddled off
My eyes were watering and I was spluttering from the momentary agony
I pinched my nose to stop the sensation and realised the bottom of my septum is no longer there!! Now, you can't see anything but if you imagine a finger up each nostril one side of the cartilage goes down to the bottom and the other half now stops maybe 3mm up and is jagged through the skin and sore.
Is it possible she chipped it? Broke it? Where has it gone?
