Neck cloud - good? Bad?

Thinking of buying a net cloud. Anyone bought one? It's £40 for a piece of foam but if it works and makes you feel better then maybe it's worth it?

I bought something similar as I have cervical spondylitis and it supported my head thus realising my neck which give me some relief.
I have found that a neck pillow which only cost £20 from Amazon give the most benefit. I rarely have neck pain now.
