Hi all!

I’ve always been very regular with my period, so any changes tend to make me overworry. This could literally be nothing but I figured I’d ask anyway!

So my normal cycle is anywhere between 26-33 days, with the latest ever being 35 and the earliest being 24. I have used a tracker to log each period since 2014, and it’s always been pretty accurate with predictions/length/whatever else.

I have also experience ovulation bleeding. It was mostly when I was younger, I’d get a pain in one side and then a bit of spotting. Nothing crazy. It eventually went away and then came back for 2 months after I contracted Covid last year 🙈

Anyway, to the point, my periods been getting back to normal since the Covid Fiasco, except last month it was 10 days late. I was under moderate stress (always am, anxiety disorder) and didn’t have any changes in diet or the like. I’m single atm so knew I wasn’t pregnant, and of course, jumped straight to the assumption I had the Big C. It finally came and I’d never been so happy to see it.

Fast forward to this month, my tracker says I’m due in the next 5 days for my period to start this week. However, I’ve just gotten it now. The tracker is stating that this is day 28-29 of my cycle, which would put me back on track.

Do you think my period has “reset” itself and the tracker just hasn’t caught up? Am I overthinking this, or is it a bit suspicious?

Thank you!
