Wisdom tooth

I had a wisdom tooth extracted on Wednesday. On Thursday pain was bearable. Thursday evening pain intensified and no pain relief is helping its relentless. I’m in agony had to take Thursday Friday and today off work.
it’s agony to swallow I can barely open my mouth and I’m in constant pain. Is this normal ?

That doesn't sound right at all! Hope you've already been in touch with Dr to get it sorted and that you feel better soon.
