I'm 50, female. Spent 6 weeks dieting and exercising back in Feb/March. Lost around 6lbs. Never done so well before. Then lost my way. Since then I've had a terrible diet. Still no booze but also no exercise (had been doing 5k several times a week), no real meals just a mouthful of DC left over dinner here and there, mcds brekky sometimes,mcds in the eve here and there, bags of sweets here and there, filling up on bread (one day I had 4 pan au chocolate in one day). Somedats v little food, some days a lot. Very varied. And ive still lost weight. My stools are bigger lately and sometimes harder to push out due to size.they have been big like this for a year now. Doc wasnt worried. Blood once, bright red and that was the time I had to put my finger up there to help get the poo out. Last few days some v mild lower back pain on right side. Also on and off some v mild pain right side abdomen just away from belly button. I've had IBS for years. Im really worried about the weight loss. I ate a sharer packet of jelly sweets last night and malteaser sharer to myself. On top of mcds breakfast the same day. And I'm still losing weight ? I'm down 10lbs now and in the next stone bracket.
Should I be worried ?
