Brown/yellow spots on eye (sorry, weird eye photos)

Sorry for the creepy eye photos. Anyone have any ideas what these brown spots might be? Have an optician appt end of next week but am curious to know if anyone has similar!

Could be this…pinguecula is a yellowish raised growth on the conjunctiva typically adjacent to the border where the colored part of the eye meets the white part of the eye. They usually appear on the side closer to the nose, are present in both eyes and are relatively permanent.

Hey sorry old post but did you ever find out what it was? I’ve got similar looking to that but I think mine are more inflamed looking, and the optician has said it’s pinguelcula like the other post said , I’m 30 and feel like I’m too young to have it! But im not sure if contact lenses and very dry eyes breastfeeding has made it look worse for me :( how are your eyes now?
