I have always had a negative ANA but have now tested positive for Anti ENA TWICE without further characterisation.

I know ENA signifies things like lupus and sjogrens, but has anybody had the same results?

I don't have symptoms of those particular conditions but a whole host of other awful symptoms which has led to testing.
