Postpartum hormonal acne- help!

I am 11 months PP and still breastfeeding my dd.

Since having my daughter I have been suffering from hormonal acne on my chin, cheeks and forehead. They are clustered, red and sometimes the spots cause painful lumps on my face.

I am also starting to get pimples on the tops of my arms.

I put this all down to PP hormonal acne, however it won't go away!!! I thought 11 months on that it would calm down, however it seems to be getting worse!

I don't want to stop breastfeeding as a solution, so I am looking for any suggestions on what to do to help this! I never had that bad skin before pregnancy, but now it's getting me down and I just feel so insecure of my face and arms.

Is this normal and also any recommendations on products or remedies that helped get rid?

I got duac cream on prescription for my face about 5 months PP and it worked a treat!
