I need help, over the last 2 years I lost 4 stone, had a breast reduction at xmas, anyway to cut as long story short I have put on a stone and I am gutted. I was laid uop after the operation for several weeks and am only just back to noprmal activity levels. I have never run in my life before for obvious reasons but have decided that it is the way foreward.
I am going to try and go to the gym when dh gets in to get me started. I have been looking into it and there is a race for life here in June and the great yorkshire run 10k in Sep, Are they doable for a complete virgin and is it a good idea post op? How should I get started, I like going to the gym and was very fit pre op, will it take me long to get back to level of fitness and lose weight?
