I’m in excruciating pain in my upper back along my spine and neck. I’m unable to look up and it’s stuck in one position. I can’t turn my head. Woke up like this.
I’ve had this on a handful of occasions over the past year. Wake up in unbelievable pain. Doctor just prescribes strong painkillers which makes me feel awful mentally.
can I request physio or actual physical help from the dr?
