Headaches. Can anyone help?

Constant headache which hurts eyes to move, especially up. Quite low grade, but nearly always there.

No pattern of any kind, just there all the time, some days worse than others, helps to lie down (like I get loads of time to do that) Am a headachey person, but don't get migraine.

Started just before Christmas, and thought it was some tablets. Stopped tablets but it is still there. Seems to throb..

Sometimes in nose and under eyes like sinusitis, but no cold to trigger it.

Any advice?

Got some new glasses last Junes (varifocals), could it be that?

also if you've changed position in front of your computer most headaches are neck related. I got my lenses treated to stop the glare from the screen, it helps a lot for sore eyes.

Do you have any allergies that might have aggravated/inflammed your sinuses? Dehydration can compound the problem too.

I would try steam, put your head over a bowl of hot water with a few drops of olbas oil, towel over head and bowl and inhale. If it is your sinus's this should help clear it

Yes I have lots of allergies at work (Dust in air etc), but would that affect my eyes?(or eye muscles rather)

Sometimes it feels like someone is tying a band round my head and pulling.

Yes, eye pain is not uncommon with sinus problems but do get it checked if the headache continues.
