Thyroid blood test results

I had blood tests done a few weeks ago as I have been next level tired and really achy and stiff constantly for months. A few things came back a bit off and GP is doing follow up blood test for liver function. However one of the Thyroid levels was also a bit low. GP adamant it isn't "clinically relevant" and won't even repeat.

Serum TSH level 0.99 mU/L [0.35 - 5.5]
Serum free T4 level 10.2 pmol/L [10.5 - 21.0]; Below low reference limit

Just wondered if these levels have in anyone else's experience been an indicator of their Thyroid being a bit off? Or am I worrying about nothing?

Tricky as tsh is ok but t4 is a tad lowish.

If you're low in ferritin it can affect thyroxine production.

Did you get any other tests done? Eg vit d which sometimes can also go hand in hand?

Do you take any vitamins?

Can't see Vit D so don't think it was done.

I don't currently take any supplements but have a pretty good, varied diet.
