Herbal tea and teeth cleaning before bed

Are there any herbal teas that you don't have to clean your teeth after drinking?
I like to take a cup of tea to drink in bed while reading before going to sleep. I'm never sure whether I need to clean my teeth afterwards or not. Is there a tooth friendly drink other than water?

You should ideally leave half an hour before cleaning teeth after herbal teas anyway
Brushing immediately after consuming something acidic can damage the enamel layer of the tooth. Waiting about 30 minutes before brushing allows tooth enamel to remineralize and build itself back up

You would probably be better to wean yourself off your nighty brew.

A study published in The Journal of Dentistry compared groups of teeth exposed to either conventional black tea, herbal tea or water. Those exposed to the teas suffered a loss of tooth enamel. Both black and herbal varieties caused erosion, but surface loss was much greater on teeth exposed to herbal tea.
