My DH was diagnosed with ADHD couple of years ago now. He's 36. His sleep has never been great, not being able to stick to a schedule, not feeling tired and sleep anxiety he won't fall asleep when he needs to get up. Recently his sleep has gotten worse since having our first baby. He's not able to sleep until 7-8 in the morning having 4 maybe 6 hours then. Once asleep he stays asleep. Any advice out there from people who are similar. I worry terribly how it will affect his health and well-being. He wants to sort it but cant at the moment. Exercise does help him. Thanks
