Just got my belly pierced

Got my belly pierced a few hours ago and it's constantly bleeding which piercer told me is normal, however she said to watch out for migration and if I can see the bar through my skin, I can literally see the bar through my skin it's a greyish colour.... surely migration can't start that early I only got it done a few hours ago. Also I'm heading to the pharmacy in a bit, is there anything I can get to help the healing process it's very bloody im actually starting to regret it I've had other piercings and none of them have bled like this.

Times may have changed since I had mine done but I was told to clean it with cool boiled salt water in an egg cup. Lean forwards to pop it round your belly button and then lean back and keep it on for 10 mins. Perhaps try that 2/3 times over the next 24 hours and review again. Mine didn't bleed but hopefully yours is just temporary.

Thank you, she did say bleeding was normal but it's every movement! It's frustrating haha.

Is it also normal to see the colour of the bar through skin?

I didn't find that but it might depend on skin colour, how slim you are etc. Did you have it pierced at a reputable place using a decent quality bar? Mine grew out after a year because I put an inferior metal bar in

I'm worried it's how she pierced it, she pierced it wrong at first, not wrong but she didn't take my anatomy into account so the bar within the belly button was sinking in because it was folding over if that makes sense, so she pierced a bit higher up but I can see the colour of the bar through my skin so I'm worried she's done it to far up 🥲
