Poor little thing is covered and really really poorly.

It's the worst case of CP I've ever seen

Aw, poor DS....I swear by cold tea. Somebody recommended it to me and it seemed to work with my two.

Eurax is also good, just be careful when the scabs form. I used cream on DS as well as tea and I made quite a few scar by knocking the tops off.

Hope he feels better soon

I would strongly recommend the bicarb in a tepid bath.
When dd was horrifically stricken, she spent virtually the whole weekend in a paddling pool of the stuff, and the rest of the time doing the 'pink blob thing'.
Recovered very quickly, and not a scar in sight.
That stuff is great, and with any leftovers, you can clean the teapot!
