Hello
I am looking for a medicated topical foam for dermatitis like seborrheic dermatitis and the similar conditions.
I think sulfur compounds would be the the best for regular use because the other strong antifungals are too chemical and maybe not for long term use.
I also think coal tar has been banned here so no longer an option.
I'm not able to find anything like that though available in the UK, any advice please?
