This is a long one so sorry in advance.
If you have any ideas, I would be so grateful. I'm at my wits end.

Symtoms started in October 2022.

I started getting nausea every day and lost my appetite. In the really bad times, all I could eat was toast and drink water forcing it down to stop me getting lightheaded.
Started losing weight quite quickly ( I don't lose weight easily). To this date, that's about 2.5 stone. All my clothes are too big.
Some days i felt truly dreadful. I can't explain exactly but just looked grey and worn out.

GP did several bloods tests at first including liver function which came back high. Called me in for more to check for hepatitis etc ( I don't drink and haven't been sexually active for 8 years since leaving H).

Then I was referred for have a scan and consultant ordered neck to tummy CT scan plus a gastroscopy. Nothing found apart a small HHernia.

Because it was urgent referral, this caused me quite a lot of stress (SP & 3 DCs/ Work etc). I did become quite anxious in this time.

The nausea has been a bit better but I still have very little appetite.
I've had episodes where I get shivery and hot and cold, fast HB and high BP, sense of panic.
Last time, I was also having shoulder and back pain and had heartburn all day, was sweating and then freezing, very irritable, couldn't sit down and high BP and pulse. I called 111 to ask what to do. They said to take aspirin and go to A and E.
I did, tests came back normal apart from fast hr on ecg and slightly high wbc. On these occations, I sometimes get like a shake in one leg, like spasms which last about 30 minutes. Leg seizes up and relaxes continuously. It's weird.

I've had upper back and shoulder (mainly right) pain now for a few weeks which comes and goes. It's been quite bad this week so decided to try GP before I go back to work.
I told him about my anxiety too but he just referred me to physio today.

I've had lots of tests in cluding for diabetes, thyroid, Coeliac, h pylori.

My vit D is low and I have to go back for this to be checked.

A bit of background:

Travelled a lot in my 20s (Africa, Asia, Europe). Had malaria (was very, very ill but the type which apparently doesn't come back).

Have had DVT and several Superfical clots in legs. D dimer has been high on occasions when tested even when no DVT found and not pregnant.

I have a large lipoma on back near spine. Biopsied about 8 years ago and found benign. I questioned if this was causing back pain pressing on something. GP said he thought not.

A fair bit of emotional trauma in my life throughout childhood/teens and young adult but haven't properly done councelling.
Have been on and off Fluroxetine for depression in the past.
I don't feel depressed at the moment just anxious and stressed.

I get fleeting chest pains which are sharp but momentary. They cause me to worry and I've had them today. They are deep in chest/back on right side but not breathless or anything. Between the fleeting stabs, there is no pain.
I've had a lot of burping atm and take Gaviscon to ease chest discomfort after eating.

I'm tired of the whole thing and can't really go on taking painkillers evryday.
I've noticed a lot of bruising on my legs as well.

I forgot to add.....

I'm being referred for a mammogram as well as last time I told gp I'd been getting a lot of pain in breast before period lately and thought possibly a lump. She agreed we need to check this out but I'm convincing myself they would have picked anything bad up on CT?

BTW, I feel awful going to the doctor and the hospital when I have and it's been quite a few times since October. I come from a family of doctors and nurses and am always worried they'll write 'hypo' on my notes.
I just need some answers.

I'm prepared to be told all of this is anxiety but I wish they'd just tell me that straight and give me something for it.
