Abdominal distension

Hi all
Has anyone experienced stomach distension ? Awaiting gastroenterologist appt .. bloods tests clear and ultrasounds ?

I had it and it was a giant fibroid in my womb, what symptoms do you have?

@QueefQueen80s I have a distended stomach .. feeling sick every day .. have to take anti sickness tablets .. I've had an ultrasound on my ovaries and they said that was clear

This is my stomach at the moment .. I have a good diet and go to the gym 4 times a week

Were you tested for coeliac? Other than that ultrasounds and CT are probably on the cards if you haven't had them already. Good that bloods are normal. Did you have a CA125 blood test?

Not trying to frighten you, it could be many benign things. Eliminate those first.

@CordyLines I haven't been tested for celiac .. but I have had ultrasounds and the CA125 and that was negative .. I haven't had a CT scan either .. gallbladder was fine .. my GP is baffled.. said it up the gastro but I'm on the waiting list to be seen

I hope you get some relief very soon. Since you haven't been tested for it yet, coeliac is a good ask now. Best of luck.
