What could this rash be?

I have had it on and off for years but have never mentioned it to the GP.
It's always on both sides of me, usually I'm
2 locations. So if it's on my lower legs., it's on both. If it's on my arms, it's on both.

Currently having a massive flare up on my lower legs.

It's very very itchy and piriton etc makes no difference.

I'm T1 diabetic also btw

Could it be dermatitis herpetiformis caused by Coeliac disease? My legs used to get terribly itchy when eating gluten 😞

Some diabetes medication can cause itchy rashes from what Ive heard - could it be this?

There is a strong correlation between coeliac disease & T1DM

Oh god, I'm quite concerned about coeliac disease now. I also suffer from the worst wind and bloating which I've always thought happens when I eat too many carbs 😬
I have T1 diabetes, under active thyroid and addisons disease - all autoimmune. I should probably call my GP

Toddler has this rash on back thighs, and on bum and similar rash on legs but not as bad. Doctor said viral but I’m not convinced.

she always has a tiny spotty rash on elbows
and a mouth ulcer
