Does this look like a wart?

Teenage DD has this on her knee. I think it's a wart, but just thought I'd check first. Sorry its not a great photo. Hope it's clear enough.

If it is, what's the best treatment these days?

It's hard to be sure because it's a bit blurry when zooming in to see detail, but yes it does look like a wart

Sunny holiday is the best cure in my experience

Could be molliscum contagiosum as they can look like warts/skin tags

Repeated dab of nail polish.
