I have had ongoing issues with my bladder and bowel for the past 18 months and am now seeing the physio and have booked a private consultant.
Sometimes I really struggle to urinate its like my muscles are in spasm and them at other times they don't work and thus I have to wear pads.

This is nowhere near as bad as my issue with passing faeces. I simply cannot tell when I need to ho anymore and the first thing I can feel is when it starts to exit my body. It means I intend don't make it and its damn embarrassing even if no one else can tell (I really hope they cant).

One nurse has said I have no working muscles in my back passage and very week ones in my vagina.
I have had one child via c section who was a footling breech.
Has anyone had this and its improved? What could it be caused by?
I dread there being a line at the toilets. I still exercise/run/walk etc as it doesn't affect the urine at all and I just pray with the pooh.
It's miserable having to rush for the toilet or not being able to go for a wee when I haven't gone for hours. I hate wearing pads and carrying underwear with me and my child doesn't always understand we have to rush to the toilet when we are out.

You'd probably want to look at the different incontinence pants out there - I actually use them on the first days of my period due to severe endometriosis. I know they feel weird. But musts needs. I think that's the expression. You can carry a card which says you can't wait, for if there's queues, but you're still at the mercy of the will of those in the queue.

Thanks, do you have any recommendations on brands?
