Since birth I’ve been getting these cramps in my stomach that come and go unrelated to toilet trips or food, but noticed more during night. I was fine with toilet until month 2 then started getting bleeding on wiping and GP said hemmaroids and fissures. Baby is now 3 months.

On sunday morning I had severe stomach and back cramping all day from 7am until around 11pm when I went to bed. No position or anything relieved it other than walking. It was worse than labour pain and brushed off with no GPs and felt silly. It was really bad. Food didn’t make worse and no toilet issue as did go and no urinary symptoms.

Monday it settled but it feels like something is different an odd feeling it’s not painful but whenever I move I become aware of it and I can’t pinpoint if it’s between boobs (middle of chest or if under ribs - mainly right side) I’ve had bloods done since pregnancy one of these was FBC and it just picked up that I had to go on iron tablets, went on them so bloods for iron check was done few weeks ago and now fine so off them. I did after the birth have injection for placenta to come out and it never so this resulted in trip to theatre for them to get it out and 900ml blood loss.

there is no cramping or dull pain now but I know to get GP it could take weeks or a phone call and mentioned cramps before
I feel i’d like to know whats going on with stomach and bowels :( What would you do? I take it I can’t go to a&e now as it’s older pain but still doesn’t feel right, also unsure what they’d do!
(I guess I made thread as don’t want to over react and I know online forum strangers, why post but sometimes if someone has been through similar or even just knowing whether it’s worth hassle..)

i breastfeed and just feel something isn’t right!

Honestly sounds like retained placenta to me

Sounds like Gall stones to me. Can be common after pregnancy. You need to see your GP and get an ultrasound scan.

Yeah? They removed this immediately in theatre after baby was born as they picked up on it, this was 3 months ago

Bleeding

Both times passed naturally around 10 weeks

if too large - medically removed

Right side under ribs sounds like your liver?

Call your GP or 111, no one on here can tell you as they are not able to examine you.
