Chilblains?

Are these chilblains? I’ve always had rubbish circulation but now take a beta blocker for a heart condition so it’s even worse. Feet often cold and when I get in bath they’re so painful so I quickly put them on the edge!! Just wondering if anything helps?! I know it looks like an ingrowing toenail but I can’t see anything and it’s on the middle toe too and sore around the back! Sorry for my grim feet pics.. they’re not summer ready yet!

It does look like it. Cortisone ointment can help, though apparently it's not recommended for it now. I don't know why.

I currently have them on both my toes and fingers which is pretty uncomfortable.

Yes looks like them. Mine were cured with a winter sun holiday but definitely cannot afford that every year.

Bumping this as they’re now worse with sun!!
Burning, itching and feel like pins and needles/stinging nettles! Also on other foot too! Any advice?!

Have you had Covid lately.
In 2020 I had Covid early March and then chilblain toes in late May.

It's a bit warm to have chilblains.

I did wonder that as looks like covid toes! Erm not that I know of no! It seems the sun has irritated them so maybe the extremes of temperatures is the issue?!

I read that chilblains can be caused by low magnesium?
