Magnesium for Hormonal Headaches

Read a few things about taking Magnesium supplements to help with hormonal headaches. Any recommendations on ones that have worked particularly well? My headaches are not migraines but they are very unpleasant and definitely linked to hormones.

Going to have a look in Boots/Superdrug tomorrow and see what I find; any tips still welcome! Will report back - really hoping it helps…

If you have mild headaches or continues headaches, then you should see your doctor.

Taking any medicine without doctor advice will make some side effects. So better to seek medical advisor help. Still, I'm does not take any magnesium supplements for headaches.

Have you tried starflower oil? Worked wonders for me.

@jeffersonsam Drs are already aware… as I said, they’re hormonal headaches so it’s not like I don’t know the cause!

@Oldermum84 Thank you very much, will try that too - glad it helped you 😊
