Different blood pressure on left and right side

My mum has this and apparently she lacks a choromosome. She doesn't know which one. She isn't the smartest but has got through life ok. I just wonder if anyone has experience of this.

DH is currently taking his BP at home for a week. He was told to try both arms as many people will have different readings.

It's common enough that when we record BP in hospital we have to also note which arm it was taken on because there can be quite a big discrepancy between the two

There must have been massive difference in my mum case because they researched further and found out missing choromosome
