Ive got into bad habits and I'm eating and drinking too much so that's the first thing I'm changing, saving wine for the weekend instead of the odd glass or 4 through the week 😂
Excerise will be tricky with my 15 month old, he doesn't nap much so I'm thinking on an evening once my husband is back.
Can anyone recommend any easy exercises on YouTube? I need to tone up too. I love yoga so might mix that into it.
I manage about 10k-12k steps a day as I do school runs etc.
I'd be greatful for any help you'd like to share.
