Foot corn? PHOTO WARNING

Is this a corn? I've soaked his feet in Epsom salts and the dead skin is getting much better but not the round area

If the lines in the skin go round it, it's a verruca, if they go through it, it's a corn.

Looks like a verruca. Treat it with black tape. Works wonders!
