Any mole experts?

Noticed an area on my back has been itchy the last few days so got DH to take this photo but I'm not actually sure which of the two moles is causing the bother. Do either look dodgy to you?

The bottom left looks more 'weird' than the top right, that one looks like a wart or a seborrheic keratosis. I have melanoma and if it makes you feel better neither of them look like mine.
