i'm spotty

woke up this evening after a nap and in the creases of my arms i have come out with spots!! they are small pus filled spots, quite tender etc. have been pretty run down lately, and pregnant, but these spots are odd.
they look like tiny chicken pox spots.

hi sounds more like a heat rash or something like that do you know if you've had chicken pox?

had chicken pox twice now.

not heat spots as these are very tendy and itchy, and i get heat spots. they are different.

thats what i thought but havent changed anything really, aprt from the dog. had these spots b4 but last time were under my armpits and i put it down to shaving/deodrant irratation.

am now wondering if linked to stress/being run down.
