AKI warning stage on blood test?

I’ve just got my blood tests back and as you can see in the picture I’ve included there’s a section for AKI warning stage but it’s left blank. Has anyone seen this on their blood results before and does this mean there is no warning as there’s no number? I googled it and the results are extremely scary so I’ve started to worry.. Should I be worried that it’s there?

I'm pretty sure it means there's no problem.

They can’t stage an AKI because you don’t have one. It’s just there for those who do have an AKI. Nothing to worry about.

Thanks @Iwantcollarbones I thought as much but it just panicked me to see it and then to hop on google (worst idea) and see all this really worrying stuff made me feel like I had to check with someone!
