I am not looking for a diagnosis and I will likely be going to my GP at some point.

I went through a period of stress (from abuse and harassment) two weeks ago. I became somewhat unwell. The headache was unreal. I was diagnosed with migraines so it wasn't unusual.

However I have pain in every inch of my body since then. It's not constant pains. I feel pain in my neck, chest, back, belly, legs, feet, head, mouth. It's travelling pains. The pain in the back is a dull ache. Other pains are like pinches. It's so hard to describe. It's not a flu. I know it's not a flu. I think maybe it came from that period of stress. I think it is related.

I am not looking for a diagnosis by the way from my post. I heard of fibromalayis (spelling?) before but I don't know what it is exactly. I wonder if it would be related to that condition or something.

There's something not right happening for sure.

I forgot to mention when. The harassment started all over again 2 weeks ago, I felt it from head to toe. I felt it in my head and in my gut. I felt sick.

The first thing that happened was that my hair shed loads. I lost a lot of hair.

I also forgot to mention I felt pains in my scalp and in my ears and in my eyes.

It's all over.

Fibromyalgia -which is pretty much a ‘we don’t know what is wrong with you and can’t make it better’ after excluding all other causes tbh. It’s miserable, so many people think it’s all in the mind - even some Drs! So fingers crossed it’s something else that resolves for you.

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia, also called fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS), is a long-term condition that causes pain all over the body.

I am also peri age too. Could it be peri?

It's all so weird. The biggest aches are happening in the back and legs and breasts with other travelling pinches and pains in other areas - listed above.

I have had a lot of stress in my life over the last few years and have the awful aches and pains you describe, I have also had a huge amount of hair thinning (although was very iron deficient u til last year) and I get daily gut issues. I don’t think we can underestimate just how much stress upsets the body and not just the mind. I am also in peri too which is a bloody awful journey to add into the mix. I think I’m going to need some kind of antidepressants (hopefully low dose) just to try and get back on an even keel. It’s sucks doesn’t it?
