What is this on the inside of my cheek? I kept getting a metallic taste when I ran my tongue over my top teeth, I presumed it was my gums as they are slightly receding since my pregnancy. Upon closer inspection having pulled my cheek out and looked in the mirror I have a large painless red ring. It is slightly rougher to my tongues touch than the rest of my cheek, what on earth could it be?

Go and show it to dentist.

I had a sore in my mouth when I had my check up. Dentist wanted to see me two weeks later again to see if it disappears. It did.

You need to be seen by a dentist so they can take a look.
