Chronic tiredness

Almost 60 but I've suddenly (over the past month or so) become really tired once I'm home from work. I sort of carry on OK at work( as long as I take regular breaks and get out of my office which has no window and poor ventilation .) As soon as I get home I'm shattered. I cook, havr a bath and I'm sleepy by 9pm. I do wake early but take some time to 'come round.' I've been trying to start an exercises routine - weights at home- managed twice after work then 3rd day was super late in owing to traffic (I commute to and from work quite a way) and this totally drained me for the rest of the week. I don't feel or look older (one person in my office said they couldn't believe I was nearly 50, so I didn't correct them!) I'm taking magnesium, vit d3 and b complex. I like a glass of wine with my dinner. Any suggestions how I may get the pep back in my step?

I would go to the GP for some bloods, you may be deficient in something. Being suddenly exhausted for an extended period isn't normal.

Yes, see your GP.

I’m the same, blood tests showed nothing! Fed up of feeling so tired!
