Vegetarian - possible return to meat

I am seeking your opinions and support on a topic that I have been struggling with for some time. Specifically, I am considering reintroducing meat to my diet after cutting it out six years ago.
The reason I ask is because I am feeling conflicted. While I have ethical concerns about consuming meat, I have found it increasingly difficult to meet my nutritional requirements on a plant-based diet.
I don’t like to eat fake meat anymore and the health benefits of processed food can’t be better?
Additionally, I have continued to put on weight since cutting out meat, and I am concerned about the impact this may have on my health.
I am curious to know if any of you have gone through a similar experience. Have you ever reintroduced meat to your diet after cutting it out for ethical reasons? How did it feel? Did you find it difficult to adjust, or did it provide the nutritional benefits you were looking for?
Any opinions or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Which nutritional requirements are you not meeting?

What do you see meat bringing to you, protein, iron, B12?

Do you eat whole grains, peas, beans and lentils. Quinoa, buckwheat, seitan, tofu, tempeh, eggs and a moderate amount of dairy? Plus a wide variety of vegetables.

It should be pretty easy to eat a good vegetarian diet, unless you don't like/eat quite a few foods.

If you do go back to meat, do it in small portions at a time as it takes time for your digestive system to adjust.
