Fibre supplement that can provide the highest amount of fibre?

Hello

I am looking for a fibre supplement that can provide the highest amount of fibre per unit of volume. Do you know any that would be the most fibre dense?

Also, from what I read, some specific fibres can cause inflammation to specific people. Is there a way to know which is the best for me? Or can you suggest me any?

Many Thanks!

I’ve just googled and the ‘highest fibre supplement’ claims to have 7g of fibre. A table spoon of chia seeds has 10. A whole kiwi fruit has 3.5 and has the benefit of both solvable and insoluble fibre.
Studies have shown that 2 whole kiwi fruit a day are the best cure for constipation!

Because the recommended amount of fibre per day is 30 grams, and obviously to take 30 grams in pill is not the most convenient thing.

I repeat why do you want to know this - specifically 30g per day. If that's because that's the RDA for a day, then you can get that from other foods in your healthy diet i.e. breakfast cereal, wholemeal bread, peas, beans and lentils and so on. If you're not eating regular foods than that's a different issue.
