I’m off today feeling generally grotty - temperature, aches, ‘heavy’ sinuses but not blocked.
But, I also get waves on pain in both hands (predominantly my right and I am right handed) which stop me in my tracks. As I’m doing very little it’s not associated with any movement or activity just watching TV feeling bleurgh!
I have taken ibuprofen for the temperature and am keeping my fluids up. Any thoughts as to what it could be?
