Sacroiliac joint

I’ve been getting the odd pain to the left of the bottom of my back, and now I think it might be my sacroiliac joint. I was exercising yesterday and it felt like it was clicking.
Is it worth me seeing someone about it ? Can you do anything for it ?

See the GP or physio first. I have trouble with my sacroiliac.

SI joint pain is agony, and the exercises that you need to correct it seem counterintuitive, so you need proper advise. See a physiotherapist, not a complementary therapist, and they'll sort you right out, and give you the exercises to correct it if you feel it coming on in the future.
