I need help, I'm going absolutely mad....had an extremely heavy period over a week ago.. felt faint after my heavy bleed was at work had a sudden dizzy spell, got clamy and hot and had to go home....was nauseous, had Internal tremors and legs felt heavy.
Dizziness went after about 6 hours and felt mostly okish for about 7 days..fast forward 7 days later, ive had a blood test since then everything has come back normal however my ferrarin levels are at 30( I do suggest from low iron) . Woke up tonight eith heavy legs, feeling really hot and nauseas again.....does this sound like perimenopause???? I also get a very dry mouth some nights...( sugar levels fine)
